My Vocation to the Pallottines

 

My name is Jaimie and I am a Pallottine seminarian. I would like to tell you a little bit about my vocation story and how I came to join the Pallottines. When I was in my teenage years I was always very down in myself. I knew there was something missing in my life but I did not know what it was because I had everything someone my age would want but still I felt a great emptiness inside. This all changed in 2005 when my mum brought me to Medjugorje and I had a very powerful experience one night at a prayer meeting. It is very hard to put it in to words but to put it simply I knew that God loved me completely. I can't describe the peace and the joy I felt. The feeling of emptiness inside of me was gone. This experience changed my life forever.
